Can I pay with a credit card or deposit cash?
Yes you can, but only via Paypal. Due to the high fees charged by Paypal we add a 3.5% surcharge to use Paypal to make payments. If you would like to avoid these fees please deposit cash, make a BACs transfer or send us a cheque (which must clear before your job is sent to print)

Are weights of paper consistent?
We try to ensure that all weights of paper we use are consistent across the board however there are always inconsistencies across all manufactured products.
We never print on stock that is lower than what you ordered but occassionally the stock of paper will change slightly or your menus will be printed on a heavier stock. We do try to keep these changes to a minimum and will attempt to discuss the change with you before your menus are printed.

How do I redeem a discount code
To use a discount code on Cheap Takeaway Menus simply add your products into your basket, then simply copy and paste (or type out) the code into the discount code box at the bottom of the shopping basket page as shown below

How much is the deposit?
We take a £75 deposit which is covered by our 100% satisfaction or your money back guarantee.
Please note that if you ask for the design to be altered or ammended in anyway it is considered as sold and is no longer covered by our money back guarantee.

What is a takeaway ordering portal website?
A takeaway ordering portal is a third party website that hosts your takeaway menu to receive orders for your food on your behalf. It is not a website controlled by you, you are simply renting space on their website. Examples of these are Just-Eat, Hungry House and Meal2Go. They charge a setup fee to install a small printer with a phone sim card inside that receives the order in you takeaway. You will pay a commision on all orders made through their website.

Can I get a refund?
All sales are final!
After the job has been sent to print we will not be able to offer a refund under any circumstances.
If you have commissioned design work by us for your menus and this has been completed and signed off or if the artwork has been checked and proofed (if you are providing it) there will be a service charge applied to your account.
None of the above affects your statutory rights and if you are unhappy with the finished, printed result please notify us, within 5 working days of delivery to report the problems and we will check with our printers to find out what happened and get you a reprint.

How do I upload artwork/designs for you to use?
- Go into your account by clicking on the "My account" link in the top left of this page.
- You will see a list of your jobs on the system.
- Click the button marked "more" next to the order you wish to upload files for.
- Click onto the "Upload Files" tab.
- Click the "browse" button next to one of the text boxes and find the file you wish to upload on your computer.
- Once you have selected all the files you wish to upload click the "submit" button and the files will be uploaded to our server and we will be notified.

What file formats do you accept?
We only accept print ready High Res PDF or JPEG or TIFF

Will you give me a discount if I provide my own artwork?
No unfortunately if you provide us with artwork we MUST check the file to ensure that it meets our file requirements.

Of course you can, we want you to see them so much we are giving them away
Just head over to our sample request page, give us your details and we will get some sent straight out.

Is it possible to change or cancel my order?
If the order is yet to be signed off then use the "Proof/Sign Off" section in your account area to request changes to your design.
If the job has already been signed off but has not been sent to print then you may still be able to request changes but you will need to contact us directly to discuss the changes.
